Tourist camp `Baikal Dunes` was opened in 1998. It is located at the Akademicheskaya bay, near Peschanya bay at the territory of National Park `Pribaikalsky`. It is one of the most beautiful places of the lake, which is surrounded with cliffs and beautiful Siberian taiga by one side, and with lake Baikal by the other side. There are no automobile roads; this place is separated out of civilization for tens of kilometers. You can meet wild animals or dip into water of the most ancient lake on the planet. Here you can really touch original nature and your rest remains in your memory as an afterglow. The camp has standard single, twin, triple rooms, business twin, 1st class twin rooms with a verandah and lake Baikal view and VIP room for 4 persons. All rooms have necessary furniture, toilet, shower, sink. There are a café, a bar, a conference room, a billiard at the camp. Transfers to / from the camp is organized in fixed days, 3 times in a week: Wednesday, Friday, Sunday: 2 hours from Irkutsk to the Bolshoye Goloustnoye village by bus and 2 hours from Bolshoye Goloustnoye to the camp by boat and on the contrary. All trip takes 4 hours.
