New Year 2012 celebration at lake Baikal

New Year is one of the bright holiday in Russia. We invite you to celebrate New Year 2011 at lake Baikal. During this trip you`ll see lake Baikal beauty in winter, you`ll visit the museum of wooden architecture, you`ll have a ride in russian troika and dog sledding, you`ll taka a part in public holidays during mysterious night of New Year in a company of Father Christmas and Snow Maiden.

30.12.2011 IRKUTSK
Arrival in Irkutsk. Meet with guide and transfer to the hotel Viktoria  . After rest city tour of Irkutsk to see wooden houses, churches, Znamensky Monastery, main streets of Irkutsk, theatres and many other historical sights. After lunch at local restaurant and tasting dishes of Siberian cuisine visit to the Decembrist`s museum. Return to the hotel. Rest.
31.12.2011 village LISTVIANKA
Breakfast and departure to Lake Baikal, Listvianka village, located 70 km from Irkutsk. On the way stop at the picturesque place at the border of Angara river where you`ll have a ride in russian troika in the forest and enjoy driving from a hill at Angara river ice. Then you`ll visit a museum of wooden architecture `Taltsy`. Arrival in Listvianka, stop at the observation platform to see the shaman rock. Lunch at local restaurant and tasting some dishes of lake Baikal famous fish `omul`. Excursion to the museum of lake Baikal to see the flora and the fauna of lake. Accommodation at `Baikalskye Terema ` wooden hotel located at the Krestovka valley. Rest and preparation for New Year party. At midnight you`ll start to celebrate New Year` Eve 2010: Father Christmass and Snow Maiden will entertain you all the night. Presents, games and dishes of Siberian cuisine will be prepared for you.
01.01.2012 village LISTVIANKA
New Year 2010 has come ! We congratulate you ! Later breakfast. You`ll have a free time this day : you can walk in Listvianka village, visit by chair lift to the Mountain Chersky where the beautiful view opens at south part of lake Baikal and source of Angara river, visit to the Saint Nicolas church or have a snow mobile riding in the forest (supplement service). Lunch will be served at your hotel restaurant.
02.01.2012 village LISTVIANKA
Breakfast
Dog sledding on distance of 20 km with lunch pick-nick in a forest. Rest.
03.01.2012 DEPARTURE
Breakfast. Transfer to the train station or airport.
