Trip to Olkhon Island by hydrofoil

We invite you to make a trip by hydrofoil to the biggest and the most beautiful island of lake Baikal – island Olkhon. During your travel to the island you`ll visit different famous places of lake Baikal: Peshanaya bay, Kerstovsky cape, Sagan-Zaba bay. On Olkhon Island you`ll have excursion to its northern point - cape Khoboi, very beautiful place and you`ll have a meeting with real shaman who`ll tell you about life style of buryat people and shaman rituals.

Itinerary: Irkutsk – Listvianka –Peschanaya bay – Maloye More (Small Island) – Olkhon Island –

 DAY 1 IRKUTSK – LISTVIANKAArrival in Irkutsk. Meet with guide. City tour of Irkutsk. Transfer to Listvianka village, located 70 km from Irkutsk. On the way visit to the museum of wooden architecture `Taltsy`. Arrival in Listvianka village, Accommodation at the hotel Baikalskye Terema  . Lunch at local restaurant `Last Century` to taste some dishes of lake Baikal fish – omul. Visit to the Baikal Museum where you can see exhibits which present the flora and the fauna of the lake, you`ll see also seals of lake Baikal: mother and her daughter. Visit to the observation platform located on the top of Chersky Mountain where beautiful view opens at south part of lake Baikal and source of Angara river. Diner at hotel restaurant. Free time and rest.
 DAY 2 LISTVIANKA – PESCHANAYA bay – OLKHON islandBreakfast early in the morning. Transfer to the pier. Departure by hydrofoil to the Olkhon Island, the biggest and the most beautiful island of the lake Baikal. On the way you`ll have a stop at the picturesque place – Peschanaya bay located 70 km from Listvianka and famous by its stilted trees and the biggest quantity of sunny days. You`ll walk at the bay to see the Rock Malaya Kolokolnya, Bolshaya Kolokolnya, caves. Lunch at the open air. Visit to the Krestovsky cape and Sagan Zaba bay located 160 km from Listvianka where you can see the petroglyphes. Arrival at the village Olkhon, located 300 km from Irkutsk. Accommodation at hotel Baikal located on lake Baikal shore at picturesque place (room with shower and toilet). Diner. Banya (supplement service).
 DAY 3 OLKHON – MALOYE MORE (SMALL SEE)Breakfast. Visit to the sacred place of buryat people – Chamanka Rock. Excursion to the Small See, passage between the western coast of the island and east coast of lake Baikal. Excursion at Olkhon Island with visit to the cape Khoboi. Fishing. Lunch. Meeting with real shaman. Diner.
DAY 4 OLKHON – LISTVIANKA
Breakfast. Return to Listvianka with stops at interesting places. Lunch on the way. In the evening arrival at the village Listvianka. Accommodation at hotel Baikalskye Terema . Diner at the hotel restaurant.
DAY 5 LISTVIANKA – IRKUTSK – Departure
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport or train station of Irkutsk. Departure from Irkutsk.
